What does Rhubarb Taste like?
Rhubarb tastes similar to a green apple, Kind of tart. Usually, people add sugar and or other fruits to pies and jams to make it sweeter tasting.

Rhubarb IS a good addition with other fruits in pies, tarts and preserves because it compliments the flavour of other fruits. A long time favouite is strawberry rhubarb pie.
